Who we Are
Body and Mind is a Health and Wellbeing centre in Garvagh. We opened in 2015 with one small therapy room and have gradually grown the business over the years. We now have a beautiful centre with a warm and welcoming ambience which supports our excellent reputation forclient satisfaction.
What we Do
We have a team of amazing therapists offering a wide range of complimentary and alternative healing therapies ( click here to take to therapists ) We also offer therapy room or studio rental and we would love to talk to you if you would like to join the team and offer your modality from the centre ( click here for rooms etc ) . The centre itself is adjacent to a Glamping Garden ( click here The Secret Garden ) which allows us to run overnight retreats / ‘pamper days’ / get togethers.
Where we Are
Garvagh is a village on the banks of The Agivey River on the A29. It is centrally located between Coleraine ( 11 miles ), Limavady ( 12 miles) and Maghera ( 10miles ) It is also known as ‘Garvagh Forest Town’ as it boasts a beautiful forest with well mapped walking and cycle routes.Body And Mind centre is located at the top end of the town a few hundred yards from the Forest entrance ( don’t forget to visit the Pyramid ! ) and Garvagh Museum.
