This first Therapy Room is an ideal environment for any practitioner wishing to offer a treatment in a private, yet relaxing setting.

This room is a first-floor room and has a cosy electric fire, a comfortable treatment bed, seating area, table and a sink.

Room rental rates are:

£25 per half day ( 4 hours )

£35 per half day ( 6 hours )

£50 per full day ( 12 hours )

Time slots are –

9am – 1pm / 1.15-5.15 / 5.30-9.30n( 4 hours)

9am-3pm / 3.15pm – 9.15pm ( 6 hours )

9am – 9pm ( 12 hours )

Treatment Therapy Room 2

This second therapy room is yet another ideal environment for any practitioner wishing to offer a treatment in a private, yet relaxing setting.

This room is also a first-floor room comprising of a  comfortable treatment bed, seating area, blackout curtains and a sink.

Room rental rates are:

£25 per half day ( 4 hours )

£35 per half day ( 6 hours )

£50 per full day ( 12 hours )

Time slots are –

9am – 1pm / 1.15-5.15 / 5.30-9.30n( 4 hours)

9am-3pm / 3.15pm – 9.15pm ( 6 hours )

9am – 9pm ( 12 hours )

The Talking Therapy Room

The Talking Therapy Room is a perfect space for any type of talking therapy.

This warm and inviting first-floor room has a beautiful energy, complete with a seating area, a coffee table, a sink and tea/coffee facilities.

Room rental rates are:

£25 per half day ( 4 hours )

£35 per half day ( 6 hours )

£50 per full day ( 12 hours )

9am – 1pm / 1.15-5.15 / 5.30-9.30n( 4 hours)

9am-3pm / 3.15pm – 9.15pm ( 6 hours )

9am – 9pm ( 12 hours )

The Studio

The Studio is an amazing and absolutely beautiful space for those wishing to carry out an activity with a larger group, e.g., yoga, Pilates, classes , workshops, training events, corporate meetings etc. Being so close to the forest makes this space perfect for team building events or retreats.

This stunning ground floor room is 9m x 4m, and it comes complete with a small kitchen. Tea/coffee and light lunches can be catered for and wellness sessions can be arranged with therapists in the centre ( duration can vary according to budget )

Workshop equipment can be made available ie tables/chairs and a projector and flip chart.

-£15 Per Hour (minimum 2 hours )

-£55 Four hour slot ( 9-1 / 1.30-5.30pm )

-£100 Eight hour slot ( 9am – 5pm )

*Reduced rates are available for consecutive days (in one week) or regular weekly classes *
